What if one hour with God at the end of each month could completely change how you step into the next one?
In this replay episode, I'm sharing the simple 7-step monthly review I use to pause, reflect, and invite God into every area of my life. Instead of rushing into a new month, you'll learn how to celebrate your wins, identify what's holding you back, recognize patterns, and make intentional changes with the help of the Holy Spirit.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- Why taking a "30,000-foot view" of your life matters.
- The 7 simple steps to review your month with God.
- Reflection questions to help you grow spiritually and personally.
- How to rely on the Holy Spirit instead of your own strength.
- Why intentional reflection leads to greater clarity and purpose.
Time will pass whether we're intentional or not. My prayer is that this episode encourages you to slow down, meet with God, and step into your next month with greater peace, clarity, and confidence in Him.

Have you ever felt invisible?
In this replay episode, I share how becoming a stay-at-home mom slowly chipped away at my confidence and left me feeling lost, unseen, and alone. Maybe you've felt that way too.
The good news? You are not invisible. You are seen by God.
Together we'll look at what Scripture says about El Roi—the God who sees me—and how changing your focus from "No one sees me" to "God sees me" can transform the way you walk through motherhood.
If you've been feeling discouraged or overlooked, this episode is for you.

Have you ever felt like you needed to know exactly what to do before taking the first step?
You're not alone. So many stay-at-home moms are waiting for clarity before they move forward—but what if clarity doesn't come first?
In this episode, I'm sharing why I've learned that action creates clarity and builds confidence. I'll tell the story of watching my son graduate and realizing how easy it is to stare into the "black hole" of the unknown, wondering what's next. But I've also learned that God rarely reveals the entire path before asking us to take the first step.
We'll talk about:
- Why fear keeps us stuck
- How action builds confidence through experience
- What Proverbs 28:26 teaches about where our confidence should come from
- Why motherhood itself is proof that you can do hard things before you feel ready
- How taking one small step can quiet overwhelm and help you see the next step more clearly
If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what God is calling you to do next, this episode is for you.

In this replay episode, I share the two biggest lessons I learned from completing a 75-day discipline challenge—lessons that have transformed the way I lead myself, parent my children, and pursue the life God has called me to live.
Together we'll explore:
- Why boundaries and discipline actually bring comfort, not restriction.
- What Psalm 23 teaches us about God's loving guidance and correction.
- Why discipline is training, not punishment.
- How a clear vision gives you the motivation to stay consistent.
- Practical encouragement for creating healthy structure in your home and family.
If you've been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or like you're simply surviving each day, this episode will remind you that discipline without vision feels exhausting—but discipline fueled by purpose changes everything.

This episode feels especially fitting for the season I'm in as I begin the 75 Hard Challenge again.
In this replay, I share my transformative experience completing 75 Hard—75 days of intentional discipline, mental toughness, and learning to prioritize my health.
After a whirlwind summer filled with major life changes, including selling our home, moving, and recovering from illness, I decided to take on a challenge I once swore I'd never do. What started as a way to shake things up and finally commit to long-standing health goals became a deeply rewarding journey of personal growth.
I open up about the highs, the struggles, and the unexpected joy I found in the process—not just the outcome. From reading four books and reaching major fitness milestones to navigating the internal battle between my old self and the woman I was becoming, this episode is full of honest reflection, practical encouragement, and reminders that lasting change starts with showing up one day at a time.
Whether you've heard of 75 Hard or you're simply looking for motivation to create meaningful change, I hope this episode inspires you to do hard things, show up for yourself, and embrace the process.

A conversation for Christian stay-at-home moms on recognizing when change is needed, creating healthy boundaries, and taking intentional action to bring structure, peace, and consistency back into your daily life.
Hi mama,
We just got back from celebrating the Fourth of July at the beach, and my husband's birthday, so I'm officially coming home fat and happy. 😂
But after a hectic season and looking ahead to all the changes this summer and fall will bring, I've realized I'm craving something I haven't had in a while: structure.
This year, with all the stress and busyness, my health and fitness took the biggest hit. I've gained a few pounds, my consistency in the gym hasn't been where I want it to be, and it's time for a reset.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I've decided to do 75 Hard again (I completed it last year!), what the challenge is, and why I'm putting my own spin on it.
We'll talk about:
- What 75 Hard is and why it was created
- The five daily requirements of the challenge
- Why I'm choosing a modified version that fits my life
- How boundaries and structure create freedom—not restriction
- Why challenging yourself mentally often changes every other area of your life
I'm also sharing this for three simple reasons:
- Accountability—I’ll be documenting the journey in my Instagram stories.
- To encourage you to join me or choose a challenge of your own that pushes you to grow.
- To remind you that boundaries and structure are gifts. They help us become the people we want to be.
If you've been feeling a little off, craving a fresh start, or simply need a reason to recommit to yourself, this episode is your invitation.
Here's to 75 days of showing up - one day at a time.
And if you're ready to create intentional rhythms in more than just your health, I'd love to invite you to join Girl, Get a Vision—a free 10-day challenge inside our Facebook community, happening July 20–31. Together, we'll seek God, ask the hard questions, reflect on where He's leading us in this season, and create a vision for the life He's calling us to live. You can also grab the optional Girl, Get a Vision Guide to go deeper with journal prompts and exercises.

Hi mama,
We’ve officially reached the halfway point of the year, and instead of our usual monthly review, I’m inviting you behind the scenes for a mid-year reflection.
After a recent doctor’s appointment reminded me of a season I hadn’t thought about in years, I found myself reflecting on God’s faithfulness and steadfast love. Psalm 105:5 reminds us of the importance of remembering what God has done and that became the foundation for this episode.
I’m sharing the biggest moments from January through June, including:
- Starting my real estate journey while balancing work, an internship, and the podcast
- Learning the power of consistency, even during busy seasons
- Passing my real estate course and state exam
- Celebrating family milestones, graduations, birthdays, and mission trips
- Joining a brokerage, traveling to Puerto Rico, and discovering areas of my own life that are still under construction
Most importantly, I’m sharing the two biggest lessons God has been teaching me:
• Reflection is necessary for growth.
• Vision changes everything.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next step, this episode will encourage you to pause, reflect, and move into the second half of the year with greater purpose and expectation.
I’m also inviting you to join my FREE 2-week Vision Challenge (July 20–31) inside my Facebook community. Together, we’ll create space to seek God, gain clarity, and build a vision for what’s ahead. A companion guide will also be available for purchase to use during your quiet time. JOIN GROUP HERE
Remember: not making a decision is still a decision. Not taking action has a cost. So take inventory, ask the hard questions, trust God with the process, and keep moving forward—even if it’s messy.

Hi mama,
This week's episode is a replay of one of my favorite series all about the Happiness Scorecard, and we're wrapping it up by diving into the final three areas that have made a huge difference in my own journey to finding more joy at home.
Today, I'm talking about friendship and community, impact and generosity, and fun and adventure—three often-overlooked areas that can deeply affect our overall happiness and well-being as stay-at-home moms.
I'll walk you through the questions I use to honestly evaluate each category, share personal stories (including how saying "yes" to tennis lessons changed more than I expected!), and encourage you to take a bird's-eye view of your own life so you can identify what's creating friction and begin making intentional changes.
If you've been following along with this replay series, this is the perfect way to finish your Happiness Scorecard and create a clear starting point for growth. Remember, happiness isn't something that happens to us—it's a choice we make, and caring for these key areas helps make that choice so much easier.
Grab your scorecard, be honest with yourself, and let's finish this journey together!
